Refund policy

RETURN POLICY:

Our goal is to make our customers happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, with no questions asked.

tideandpool.com accepts returns of full-price merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date, and sale merchandise within 14 days of the purchase date. We will only accept returns for items that have not been used, laundered or altered in any way. All tags and original packaging must be included with your return. We are happy to give you a refund, exchange, or store credit for items returned according to the specifications above. Please allow 2 -3 weeks for the processing of your return.

EASY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Return shipping is offered compliments of tideandpool.com through a prepaid UPS return label. Just follow these simple steps to return or exchange your purchase:

  1. Call (562) 277-1382 or email customerservice@tideandpool.com to receive your prepaid UPS return label and a Return Authorization Number (RA#), which is valid for 7 days. If you would like to exchange merchandise, you can order your new items at this time. (Note that we will bill your credit card for the new merchandise when you place your exchange request. We will process your credit for the returned merchandise, less your original shipping fee, as soon as we receive it from you.)
  2. We will send you an email that includes your prepaid UPS return label. Print out the label.
  3. Using the appropriate code number from the list below, please indicate the reason for the return on the front of the invoice you received with your item(s).

    (1): not as depicted (2): changed mind (3): incorrect item (4):defect/damage (5): other (please explain)

  4. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include a copy of your invoice.
  5. Affix your UPS return label to the package. Make sure no other tracking labels are showing.
  6. Write your RA# clearly on the outside of your return package.
  7. Take the package to your nearest UPS drop off location.

Please send your returns to the return address on your invoice/packing slip. tideandpool.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit if you do not use the TIDE & POOL prepaid UPS return label.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If an item is damaged upon receipt, we ask that you please call (562) 277-1382 or email customerservice@tideandpool.com and provide us with details so we can improve our shipping process. If you receive a damaged item, we will replace it, or you can exchange it for another item of equal value. After contacting customer service, please follow the return procedures listed above.

GIFT RETURNS

If you received a gift from tideandpool.com and would like to exchange it or receive store credit, please contact customer service at customerservice@tideandpool.com or (562) 277-1382.

ITEMS PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER RETAILER

Items purchased at any store selling TIDE & POOL merchandise may not be returned to tideandpool.com. Please refer to the store’s return or repair policy and contact them directly. They should be able to assist you with your return or repair.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

TIDE & POOL will honor a one-time price adjustment for any item marked down on tideandpool.com within 14 days of the purchase date of your original order. To receive a price adjustment, please contact TIDE & POOL at customerservice@tideandpool.com and refer to the order number found on your packing slip or order confirmation email. Some promotions may be excluded.
